Circle of Change, Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization that has been established to educate the public, with special emphasis on veterans, other adults, and underprivileged and at-risk children.
In working with the veterans and children, Circle of Change uses carefully selected dogs, many of which are rescues from various sources, to help these veterans and children understand some of the issues they are dealing with such as loss, abandonment, fear, loss of trust, and over-reactiveness. These issues will be replaced with confidence, trust, communication skills, good decision-making skills, responsibility, and accountability.
Circle of Change offers multiple membership options:
Individual Memberships: These memberships are for those who wish to support the purpose and mission of the Circle of Change through their membership. Members will receive a semi-annual Newsletter and are eligible to vote at the annual Membership meeting.

Corporate Memberships: Businesses and other organizations who wish to support the purpose and mission of Circle of Change may join as Corporate Members. Corporate Members will receive a certificate of membership as well as a semi-annual Newsletter, in which they will be acknowledged as Corporate Members. Corporate members are eligible to cast one vote at the annual Membership meeting.

Sponsor: Individual or Corporate Members who wish to support the purpose and mission of the Circle of Change in excess of the Platinum membership, shall be named Sponsors. Sponsors will receive a certificate of membership as well as a semi-annual Newsletter in which they will be recognized as Sponsors of Circle of Change. Sponsors will be recognized as either Individual or Corporate Members, as appropriate, and as such, have one vote.
Donor: Those who do not wish to become a member of the Circle of Change, but who wish to donate funds or material items to the organization will be listed as Donors. Donors will be acknowledged in the winter newsletter.
